By downloading, installing, or using Meine Sternzeit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Meine Sternzeit is a personal analysis and self-reflection tool. You may use the App for its intended purpose — viewing personal birth analyses, reading daily insights, asking questions, and conducting relationship analyses. You agree not to misuse the App or access it in any unauthorised manner.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The analyses and insights provided in Meine Sternzeit are intended for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not constitute professional advice of a medical, psychological, financial, or legal nature and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Meine Sternzeit offers optional premium features through automatically renewing subscriptions:

• Weekly: €2.49/week
• Monthly: €6.99/month
• Yearly: €49.99/year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content in Meine Sternzeit — including but not limited to design, visual elements, animations, texts, and algorithms — is the property of Brigita Berger and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is not permitted without express authorisation.

Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or individual features at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions or changes to the service.

Disclaimer

Meine Sternzeit is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brigita Berger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. For disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the competent court in Vienna shall have jurisdiction.

Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Use of Meine Sternzeit is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
