By downloading, installing, or using Sternzeit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Sternzeit is a personal astrology app. You may use the App for its intended purpose — reading daily horoscopes, asking questions, and exploring compatibility analyses. You agree not to misuse the App or access it in any unauthorized manner.

Entertainment Purpose

The horoscopes and astrological analyses provided in Sternzeit are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise) and should not be used as the basis for important life decisions.

Subscriptions & Payments

Sternzeit offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: €4.99/month
• Yearly: €29.99/year

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at purchase confirmation (or at the end of the free trial).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content in Sternzeit — including but not limited to design, visual assets, animations, text, and algorithms — is the property of Mario Berger and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer

Sternzeit is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mario Berger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
